    steering column diagram

does anyone here have a diagram of the 1960 bird steering column and how exactly it goes back together? I am having a hard time with how the lower spring and cup and linkage piece go. and then does anyone have a turn signal switch we were using the original one of ours and some how 1 of the wires came off the solder and crimp and its not fixable if i can get any help within the next hour that would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a diagram of the steering column. As for the turn signal switch check with Carl Heller (partsetal). He probably has one.

The previous diagram doesn't show the parts Brandon is looking for. See below for column diagram with A/T linkage, etc.

        John,

Thanks for the corrected picture. I took mine from the TRL. Maybe Ray can update that with your diagram.

Does anyone have a diagram for a manual transmission steering column? My shifter mechanism is very loose and I would like to rebuild it. Thanks.
