    Please read

Seems that I MIGHT be able to beat what Alexander sadly fell prey to.
I will be missing in action, herein, for several days. I am going into the hospital "in & out" as a "Day-Tripper" for loads of tests.
Cat Scan / Pet Scan / MRI / & a colonoscopy. They are looking to see if my Cancer has spread. IF NOT.... I will be scheduled for 4 hour surgery to cut out 70% of my one side Liver AND 30% of the other side.
The Liver **IS** the only part of the humn that can be cut & grow back ! It will grow back HEALTHY ! ... and how long does it take to do that ??
    Four (4) WEEKS !!.

IF It has sprerad beyond...that's bad. Really Bad.
I will be In the hospital for 5 to 7 days, probably much before Aug. 1st.
I have been Chemo - now - for 4 years, without any spreading, so it looks
    good.
..............and that is why, pretty soon, I will not be "on" here. I will post when I can.

        Hi Sandy,

Thanks for the update on what is going on. It is much appreciated. I will certainly keep you in my prayers, as I am sure all of us on here will. I pray that all will go well with the tests and they find that it has not spread. Keep the faith, and let us know, when you can, how things have gone for you!

              Thanks guys~
If I do not post - - is is because I cannot, for 1 reason or another.
I will be in much pain, I am sure. They have to cut me in 2 places, and I think it's pretty large cuts. My Dr. said "about 6 to 7 days in the hospital,
no keyboard there !!! They have to wait until I have been off Chemo for 6 weeks. I am at thre 4th week. Probably early August...
              It is really really scary.......

                Thanks to all.
I didn't mean to make it sound like I was going to have all of those tests, in one day. No, I will have I a day and in between skip a day or 2.
Tests will be in hospital as an out patient.
Colonoscopies are NO fun. They put you out, for like an hour.
I have had 2 in years past.

Okay, the list is forming. THIS Thursday will be the PET SCAN !
I'd guess - beginning Monday, of next week, the Cat Scan, MRi and Colonoscopy will follow.

I have ( to those who did not know ) been recieving CHEMO treatments,
                      at the rate of 2 X @ month - - now, for 4 years ! I have had over 100
of them. It's just become a way of life. It's unreal what we humans can get used to & deal with. I have stayed positive, thru it all.
But, I am really scared of this impending surgery. This *IS* "The Biggieee" ~ No date set, yet, but early August.
