I am sad to announce, Marg Leavens's Mom passed away. She was called home after a good long 97-year run, here on God's Earth.
Dano and Marg Leavens stayed overnight in my house on their road trip back home to Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Robin & I got to know and enjoy Marg a little. I believe the leaf never falls far from the tree so if she is anything like her Mom, then Marg's Mom was a wonderful lady and a beautiful person.
Canadian women are lovingly sweet, intelligent, beautiful, fun but tough birds by which women all over the world revere with envy. Henry Ford is credited with putting the first gasoline engine on a small boat to visit his girlfriend, across the Detroit River, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

I will be off the site for the next little while helping with the arrangements."
Ray Clark (yellowrose) and John Peters (driller) are arranging a donation on behalf of Squarebirds.org. I am writing this so our family of international members can express their condolences.
I pray that Marg, Dano, and the family's grief be relieved and shortened by the healing hand of God. We are never ready when the time comes regardless of age. (My Mom passed in 2009 and I still 'catch myself' going for the phone to talk with her. God, I miss her.) - Dave
