      Hi.
Thanks for the welcome guys. I've been browsing this great site for a little while now. I've just picked up a 59 project. Needs some work and recomissioning but I hope to have it roadworthy by the end of the year. It's got a bit of rust to cut out and replace as most cars do here in the rainy UK. This will be my first taste at American cars. Usually I'm a VW guy and have had plenty of beetles over the years. Currently I've got a Mercedes C126 as well which I love.
I will get her registered on the registry.
      Cheers guys

Jonathan yes we all have projects in the restoration process to get our Birds roadworthy. Break it out to smaller projects, prioritize and research the TRL section of our site and ask questions. There are many diagrams in the Technical section to assist and take pictures before starting IF you are doing it yourself. They may come in handy for reassembly...

These birders are good and have most probably already completed what you are about to take on

              Hi Jon.
It's great to know that there are some local Tbirds around. That's sounds great. I'd yours a project or up and running?
