I'm tring to get my trunk open, I have lost my key they my be in the trunk I'm not to sure.

Welcome to the Forum, Andrew. Hopefully, one of our members with a lot of experience on how to open a locked trunk will come along and give you some good advice on how to get that trunk open. In the meantime, you might want to visit the Technical Resource Library (TRL), and take a look at how to do it on a Squarebird. You might be able to do the same thing that others have had to do to get to the lock. Take out the back seat, and with a longggg tool, and the right rachet on the end of it, unbolt the lock mechanism. Now if only you had the automatic vacuum trunk release option . Otherwise, as Ray suggested in post # 2 going through the back seat . Only one problem, if the spare tire is mounted in it's proper place up on the landing behind the seat .

Save yourself the aggravation and go to a locksmith who'll open it pronto. It might cost 6-10 bucks.

Make extra keys while you're there to keep at your home and somewhere hidden on the car.

The locksmith calibrates his key machine daily.
