Does anyone have any instructions as to how to install the gas filler door in the rear bumper of 62 Thunderbird

Jack & Chris, I will post a picture of the Front & Rear Bumper graphic for the 1961-1963 Bulletbird. However, I do not see anything on it on how to install the gas filler door. Hopefully, someone like John ~ jopizz, or someone else who knows, will come a long and tell you.
