Bill, is he looking for one available "down under" or one from the States? If from the States, I can do some looking for him. I need to know what he is looking for. Hardtop, Convertible, 352, 430, (I would recommend the 352 and not the 430) with AC or without, Power accessories, exterior and interior colors, recent restoration, etc..

Hi Ray, she is looking for one preferably on the west coast , desert states and she will ship to Oz. Turquoise would be nice.... and yes a 352 is preferred.

Looking for a clean ‘59

Hi Bill, okay! SHE is looking for the very Squarebird that I was trying to find in 2007 when I was looking. I found one, of course, about 2-3 months after I bought Rose! In Utah, I think it was. Does she want a full turquoise body, or will one with a white top do the trick? Hardtop? Convertible? AC? Power accessories? I need questions like that answered so I know what really hone in on during my search. When you can, shoot me an email and let me know what her top price she is willing to go is, and if she wants a fully restored one... I would suggest that, considering her location. One that she can start driving and showing off immediately after it clears customs, instead of having to put who only knows how much time and money restoring it.

Bill told me late last night that she has found a 1960 Squarebird and is buying it. I thought she was in WA in his area, but it turns out she is in Queensland. Hopefully, she will be joining us on the Forum once she gets the Car. Bill, it would not hurt to send her the link to the TRL's Vehicle Check List to run against that Tbird.... I will send you the Word doc in email. It might be a little late if she already bought it.. Everyone thinking of buying a classic car should run this check list on any prospective car they are considering buying...
