60 HT build - windows, progress

Well I finally got all the glass in - roof rails, seals, fuzzies. Adjusting 6 pieces in 3 dimensions. Thought I would share progress on my 60 430HT and some pics of gadgets to run the windows up and down. I had to operate them probably 100 times while adjusting the glass. 1st pass is the Makita - 5/16" shaft with a flat fits into the drive coupling. Once that was done I made the knife switch gadget to operate the window motors. Note runs off an old-school battery charger, which limits the current to around 15 amps. Don't use a car battery, since with no breakers a short will burn up the wires, motors and who knows what else.

I love the trick with the Makita...and I can always use an excuse to buy a new tool!
