    Resources in Dallas area?

    Hi Folks,
I just relocated from SoCal to the Dallas area (Frisco) with my '59 Convertible and am looking for some referrals.

Do any of you know of a glass shop that can replace my windshield? I have the new glass, just need a reputable installer. While I am asking I would also like to find a body shop that specializes in classics like ours.

I don't know how many of you are in the Dallas area, hope to hear from you! Thanks in advance for any tips.

    Resources in Dallas area?

Neil, one of the best resources for that information is the terrific Vintage Thunderbird Club (VTCI) in the DFW area! I bet that their members can tell you who they use when they need windshield installation, body work and other classic car care. Here is the contact information for the large North Texas Vintage Thunderbird Club. Pres. John Garfield, 817-653-3219, email: j-g.garfield "at" att.net, Website: http://www.ntvtbird.org

Tell him that Ray Clark of Squarebirds.org, and the So. Texas Tbird Club (VTCI) suggested you contact him...

To find out if there is a VTCI Club in your area check their website. http://vintagethunderbirdclub.net/chapters.htm
