430 Dip Stick Handle Question

Is the original 430 dip stick handle a flat steel, or is it a tubular handle?

Mine is flat steel, and I don't know if this is the correct one.

I'll check mine tonight, for some reason I am guesing it was a rolled rounded steel handle.

Bart, I checked the dipstick on a Dec 1959 430 engine, it's a two piece, riveted, flat steel handle, 23" length from bottom to stop, see pictures from clarification. Hope this helps.

Ken & Bart, that is what my 1960 430cid engine oil indicator handle looked like.....

Mine measured the same thing (23" from the tip to the top of the stop) as your photo.
