Jim ~ elijahbird7 has been watching Perry Mason re-runs and saw some pix of a black '58 Squarebird that Paul Drake was driving on the show he was watching. He also saw some Lincolns and Continentals. He was salivating over them also. Here are a couple of pix he sent me.

There are a BUNCH of TBirds, Fords and MEL cars in that show. Paul Drake almost always drove a Tbird even as they progressed from Square to Bullet. Believe there was one where he and Perry are in a convertible Flairbird. (episode where they go on a fishing trip - too bad the shows were not in color).
I was watching an early episode the other day and had a chuckle because Paul was preparing to leave one location and move to another. To start the Squarebird the first thing he did was hold the shift lever up....... then reached for the key.
I enjoy those re-runs a LOT.
