Can the interior trim on the windshield (not the stainless center section) the "A" pillar on a 1965 convertible and the trim on each side of the top of the console be re-chromed? Or is it a metal that can not be? Mine is pitted. If someone has not pitted trim I will buy it.

As far as I know it's plain steel so you should be able to rechrome it.
