    Tbird in Italy

    Hello Folks,

here some pics of my 1960 Tbird in Italy. She is really fun to drive and is also so nice to see how people are amazed to see her move elegantly through lots of small Fiats!

Roberto, thank you for posting the pix of your beautiful '60 Convertible. I see she has the external chrome "kit" pieces on her and I think that helps set her off. She is very pretty and I am sure she does turn heads in Italy when you drive her about! I am going to send you a private Message (PM) about her...

I agree with Ray, she is really stunning in white and chrome. I am jealous. - Dave

I see she also has the Unity Co. HL-1 Spotlight/Rearview Mirror on the drivers side! That is not something that you see every day on a Squarebird.

Car comes from Slidell, Louisana. Last american owner was Mr Robert Gordon who sells her to a german buyer. Then lived in Munich, Germany till last October when I bought her and drove to the italian sun. First owner should be a rich man because car has A/C, PW, PS, PB, Spotligth mirror, leather interior, rear antenna, extra chrome for body and engine, sun ray hubcaps, radio...

Very nice! I like seeing our Birds in other countries and learning how they are accepted and the reactions when shown/driven. In the US we are privledged with many parts cars and speciality vendors, but those who are passionate about Thunderbirds outside the US need special recognition for the extra effort required to maintain and preserve these cars.
